OUR POLICY ON DELIVERY, RETURNS AND PRIVACY
When you place an order with us we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours for delivery anywhere on the UK mainland within 48 hours, or on a date specified by you and agreed with us. In most cases for orders placed before 12pm delivery will be the next working day. We can normally provide you with a tracking number so you can see where your delivery is in the fulfilment cycle. We use reputable third-party couriers such as DHL and also have our own vans. If you have a specific urgent need for same day or early next day delivery we will do our best to provide this.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Cardboard Future so we offer a 28-day no-quibble money back guarantee. After this time we further guarantee the materials and workmanship in our products for an additional 12 months.
Please make sure you check your products carefully before using or installing them. If they are faulty in any way please let us know within 28 days by contacting us by phone or email as detailed below. We will arrange to collect the products from you at no cost and issue a full refund, excluding original delivery charge, to the card you paid with, or exchange the item if preferred. Refunds and exchanges will be made within 10 working days of request.
What to do after 28 days
Outside of the 28 day period, if any of our products have failed you in any way, please contact us and we will arrange to exchange, repair or replace them.
Privacy
At Cardboard Future your security and privacy is important to us. When you place an order with us using our telephone hotline, credit and debit card numbers are entered on PayPal’s secure virtual terminal which processes transactions reliably and securely. None of this information is held, stored or retained by us in any way, so your security is assured.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
